What devices does OngkiksPOS work on?
OngkiksPOS works on iOS and Android tablets and phones. We recommend a 10–11 inch tablet for the best counter experience. iPhone XS or newer supports Tap to Pay (Professional tier).
Do I need internet to use OngkiksPOS?
No! OngkiksPOS works completely offline. Internet is only needed for email receipts, Google Drive backup, and card payments via Stripe.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings → Backup & Restore → Export Backup Data. You can save to your device or Google Drive. We recommend backing up daily. Enable Auto Backup in Settings for hands-free daily backups.
Can I use my own receipt printer?
Yes! OngkiksPOS supports standard 58mm Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal printers including the MUNBYN series. Go to Settings → Printer Settings to pair your printer.
How do I accept card payments?
Card payments require the Professional subscription and a Stripe account. iPhone XS+ supports Tap to Pay with no extra hardware. iPad and Android tablets work with the Stripe Reader M2 ($35) or Stripe Reader S710.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime through the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings. Your data remains on your device after cancellation.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device. We never have access to your business data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use OngkiksPOS for multiple locations?
Single location is fully supported. Multi-location support with a reporting device is available via Google Drive sync. Full multi-location management is coming soon.
