1. Information We Collect

OngkiksPOS collects the following information that you voluntarily provide: store name, address, and contact information entered in Settings; transaction data including sales, returns, and accounts receivable records; product and department information you create; and device information required for app functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the OngkiksPOS application, process payments when using Stripe integration, send backup data to your Google Drive when you enable this feature, and provide customer support.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. We do not store your business data on our servers. Optional Google Drive backup stores your data in your own Google account, which is governed by Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Payment Processing

When using Professional tier payment features, payments are processed by Stripe Inc. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on your device or our servers. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except: Stripe for payment processing (Professional tier only), Google for Drive backup (when enabled by you), and as required by applicable law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry standard security measures to protect your information. All payment processing uses end-to-end encryption. We recommend enabling device passcode/biometric protection for additional security.

7. Children's Privacy

OngkiksPOS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
